We offer included transfers from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport twice daily—a morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening pickup—to collect guests conveniently. These transfer times can accommodate most incoming flights from UK and European airports. Exact transfer times will be confirmed once attendees have their flights booked. Toulouse airport has cafés and amenities. If you arrive outside transfer times or prefer not to wait for collection, we can assist you in exploring other options such as carpooling or visiting Toulouse city on your own, while you wait.

Our property provides ample onsite parking, so you can arrive and relax without any hassle. Arrival via Other Airports
We don't offer transfers from Bordeaux/Bergerac airports. 🚂 While train connections to Montauban or Agen exist, please note that we may not be able to provide transfers from these stations due to scheduling challenges.
🚗 An alternative budget option to consider is BlaBlaCar, a popular carpooling platform where you can share rides to local towns nearby. This low cost solution allows you to purchase a lride with someone heading in the same direction, though availability is not guaranteed and depends on drivers’ schedules.

How far in advance should I book flights?
We recommend booking flights 3-6 months in advance for the best rates and availability and book early for July/August retreats. Once your retreat is confirmed, book your flights and share your details with us so we can coordinate pickup times for all guests. (Note: Most airlines release flights 11-12 months in advance.)
What if my flight is delayed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed. We'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals. If you'll miss our last transfer, we can help arrange alternative transport (at your cost).

Is there public transport to Belvèze?
No, there's no direct public transport to Belvèze. Rural France has very limited bus or train service to small villages. This is why we include free airport transfers from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport – it's the easiest and most convenient way to reach us.
Can you pick me up from train stations?
Train station pickups are generally not available, as our scheduled airport transfers take priority. We recommend using BlaBlaCar, a reliable carpooling service, for affordable rides from Montauban or Agen stations to Belvèze. Please contact us if you need help planning alternative transport.

Can I arrive a day early?
Yes! Early arrivals and extended stays are often possible, subject to availability. We're happy to arrange additional nights before or after your retreat. Contact us to discuss accommodation options and pricing for extended stays.
What if there are only 2 of us - do we wait for other guests?
Our airport transfers run twice daily (typically mid-morning and mid-afternoon) to accommodate most flight arrivals from UK and European airports. If your flight arrives between transfer times, you'll have a short wait – but Toulouse-Blagnac has cafés and amenities.
Pro tip: If you arrive very early, consider taking the airport shuttle to Toulouse city centre (15 minutes, €8-10) to explore this beautiful pink city, then return for our afternoon pickup!
How much luggage can I bring on the transfer?
Each guest can bring one large suitcase plus one carry-on bag. If you're bringing additional luggage, please let us know in advance so we can ensure adequate vehicle space.
Do I need to rent a car during the retreat?
No! All activities, meals, and excursions are included with transport provided. You won't need a car during your retreat. However, if you'd like to explore independently before or after, rental cars are available at Toulouse airport.

Scenic Routes
Your drive to Belvèze through the rolling countryside of France is part of the experience. Expect beautiful landscapes, sunflower fields (in summer) and charming villages along the way.
Fuel & Services
Petrol stations and services are available along the major routes. There are many rest stops along the way, often spaced only 20 km apart. These offer space to park and rest, toilets and a picnic area. Additionally, “Aires de Service” are larger rest stops with petrol stations, food, drink, toilets and picnic areas. Our local towns, Montaigu-de-Quercy and Lauzerte also have petrol stations. Towns and small villages in France typically have public toilets, usually located close to the Mairie (Mayor’s office).
Toll Roads
If driving from northern France or Paris, expect motorway tolls (péages) of approximately €40-60 each way. Plan for cash or credit card payment. These roads normally offer a smooth and pleasant drive. Expect congestion around the main cities, but generally, it’s a fairly clear run and pleasant drive. Avoiding toll roads is possible, by taking longer routes through the countryside.

Rental Cars
Car rental is available from airports. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak summer season. Please note there are no local drop-off points in the area, so generally you would have the car for the duration of your stay.
