Booking Terms & Security Bond

To protect our beautiful retreat property and ensure it remains welcoming for all guests, we require a refundable security bond of €300 per person.
✓ Fully refundable within 7 days after your departure
✓ Protects against damage or excessive cleaning requirements
✓ Returned in full when accommodation is left as found
✓ Transparent communication if any deductions are needed
This small deposit helps us maintain the high standards our guests expect and deserve.

• Full payment or first Klarna instalment
• Security bond payment (€300pp - refundable)

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and our business:
• 90+ days before retreat: Full refund
• 60+ days before retreat: 75% refund
• 30+ days before retreat: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before retreat: No refund (we may be able to offer credit toward future retreat)
In all cancellation situations the €300 security bond will be refunded.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.

Yes, if your partner joins you at the retreat (even if they're not participating in activities), they pay the standard retreat price which includes all meals and accommodation. They're welcome to join meals, relax by the pool or explore independently, or join as many activities as they like.
